First Place Physiotherapy provides mobile physiotherapy, sports massage, and telehealth consultations for the assessment, treatment, and management of musculoskeletal conditions. Services are provided by a fully qualified and registered physiotherapist.

By booking a service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent if under 18),
• Have disclosed relevant medical information,
• Understand that physiotherapy does not replace medical care from your GP or specialist.

• Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email.
• You agree to provide accurate personal and health information when booking.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or practitioner illness.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50–100% cancellation fee.
• No-shows without communication may result in full charges and loss of future booking privileges.

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and selected private health insurance claims via Tyro Health.
• You are responsible for any gap payments if using private health insurance.

• Clients wishing to claim rebates must provide accurate health fund details.
• We do not guarantee rebate amounts; check with your provider for coverage specifics.
• Medicare claims are only processed with a valid GP-issued referral (e.g., EPC/CDM plans).

• All treatments are carried out with reasonable care and skill.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from treatment unless due to proven negligence. 
• You must follow home care and exercise recommendations responsibly.

By booking and attending your session, you consent to:

• Physical assessment and treatment by a registered physiotherapist,
• The collection and secure storage of your health information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth),
• Communication via phone, SMS, or email for appointment and follow-up purposes.

• Telehealth consults are provided via secure platforms.
• You are responsible for ensuring a private, safe environment and a reliable internet connection during your session.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.

We are committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
